Great spiced lemon and citrus on the nose. Lemon, honey and pineapple on the palate — lots of pineapple. It is a bit sweet (at least for me) given I am a little sensitive to sweetness. This would be an amazing wine to serve with a dessert that wasn’t very sweet. To me, this wine served with a selection of cheeses (including a really pungent, stinky blue cheese) and some figs and honey would make for a very memorable dessert.
