i tried a few Bdx 05 from the supermarket shelves in france in August - the Clos Floridene red for 12 euro stood out. This is an incredible year for Graves, and good complexity and promise in that example. I bought Brown and even Haut-Bailly from 05 - both a step up from anything theyve produced before.

Best Medoc value i can think of has to be Tour St Bonnet 05 - don't hesitate, and if you spot magnums take risks to get this wine.
